As a cosmetics brand based in Switzerland with numerous distributors around the world, it is our duty to use resources and treat our environment responsibly.

Our quality promise is embodied throughout the entire company. We rigorously avoid animal testing, and this is also true of own research and development.
We think long-term and have therefore taken various measures for our employees and to ensure that Mila d’Opiz develops sustainably.
Resources and Raw Materials
Mila d’Opiz products are sustainably manufactured with sparing use of resources and the greatest respect for the environment. Our packaging is made of environmentally-friendly materials. We rigorously avoid animal testing. And not just in our own research and development: we only use raw materials that have not been tested on animals.
The use of certified suppliers ensures that only the best natural raw materials are used. The water used to make Mila d’Opiz products is of drinking quality. It is cleaned and processed in our state-of-the-art microfiltration plant.
Carbon-neutral and environmentally friendly production
Already as we speak, the production of the Mila d’Opiz brand is almost carbon-neutral.
This is made possible by the use of district heating to heat the building and the company’s own reprocessing of white steam. A photovoltaic system is also planned for the company roof.
A modern system monitors the temperature and humidity in the various departments and avoids unnecessary energy loss.
Packaging and recycling
The folding cartons of various Mila d’Opiz product lines are made from recycled cardboard. We wrap our products in 100 percent degradable cellophane. This can be recycled as compost.
We always sort all waste materials for recycling.
Quality and certficates
Mila d’Opiz products are produced exclusively in Switzerland. The entire company is continually audited by energy and environmental consultants. The processes are also regularly checked by auditors. In addition to the Swissmedic certificate,
we were also awarded the Cosmetic GMP, Pharma GMP as well as ISO 9001 and ISO 22716 certificates.
Our cosmetic brand guarantees complete process monitoring thanks to constant in-process controls.
